Just when you had ruled out the possibility of having a glass of eggnog over the holidays - Cru comes swooping in with a recipe that even the dairy free, gluten free individuals out there can enjoy. 

Our amazing nutritionist Maggie Archibald and in house taste tester (aka our accountant) Josh Leins tried out a dozen samples trying to perfect a Cru eggnog recipe for you to try. The best part? You probably have everything you need in your kitchen. 

Cru Eggnog
1 Bottle of Ménage à Trois
1 tsp. Maple Syrup
2 1/2 tsp. Nutmeg
3/4 tsp. Vanilla
1/8 tsp. Cinnamon
1/8 tsp. Clove
Squeeze of lemon juice

Put all ingredients into a blender & mix.
(If you want to make it a party in your glass rum doesn't hurt.)
